Pestehsho processing factory established in 1994 in Markazi province.
Pestehsho introduces itself as one of the major exporter of pistachio in the region. We use the latest technology and equipment which they allow us to give our customers the best possible products.

Pistachio is harvested from our orchards located in Saveh, Sirjan and Rafsanjan and being processed with fully Automatic machineries and hygienically packed in bulk gunny sacks.
Pestehsho processing factory is equipped with 3 fully automatic lines with 140 experienced personnel proudly providing services to the dear farmers and merchants and customers.
At this center, all services of pealing, sorting, cleaning, mechanical processing for removal of closed shell pistachios, splitting, manual and mechanical shelling are done as quickly as possible with excellent quality.
About Pistachio
Pistachio kernels
Pistachio kernels are delicious meats of pistachios. They are good source of protein, vitamins, healthy fats, fiber and minerals. Pistachio kernel differs in types, sizez, grades, colors and its taste.
Pistachio tree leaves
The pistachio tree is a deciduous tree and in autumn, the color of leaves changes from green to red. The leaves are compound according to variety with 3 or 5 folioles and in the upper side is dark green and through the tip is lighter
Pistachio nut shell
The seed has a pale purple-colored skin and light green flesh, and has a distinctive flavor. When the fruit ripens, the color of shell changes from green to an autumnal yellow/red and splits partly open.
White pistachio skin
Edible part of pistachio is the seed and it is covered by a thin,hard,and brown shell named pericarp. Nutshells are made up from cellulose and lignin, which gives them their woody appearance.
